This beautiful new-build 0f 180 m2, stone-walled house has a perfect location in a quiet, rural area just beyond the centrally-located Inca. Inca is the 3rd largest town on the island, a good place to try out some traditional Mallorcan food and visit the lively street market on Thursdays, one of the most popular.
The nearest beaches are also just 25km away, a fairly short drive from the villa, ideal for day trips.
The villa itself has a particularly pretty garden, with well-tended lawns, palms and bright flowers. The large pool sits in front of the house with its accompanying sun beds and umbrellas.
The garden is completed by a lovely covered terrace which provides a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy your holiday in a tranquil, entirely private setting.
The house is arranged on two levels and very pleasantly decorated with a mix of rustic and contemporary styles. There is a comfortable modern kitchen, fully-equipped with all you could need for self-catering, a dining area seating 8, and a cozy living area where you will find two sofas, and a television. This room leads out onto the garden via French doors which also bring in plenty of light.
The house has a total of 4 bedrooms, one double and the other 3 are twin bedrooms, simple and pleasant. Three full bathrooms.

15/06/2016 We had a wonderfull time at this villa! The villa has a very central location close to Inca but far enough to have fantastic view and privacy. The grounds surrounding the villa are big and totally closed of including plenty parking space asee more

The grounds surrounding the villa are big and totally closed of including plenty parking space and electric gate. The pool was well maintainted by the very friendly owner. He made us feel very welcome and well looked after. If we come back we would surely come to this lovely place again.
