Some properties have a welcome pack with various food and drinks included, if your accommodation is one of them you will see it in the details of the reservation, you can also find out which houses include a welcome pack in the details of the services included in each one, on our website.
We do not make a personal check-in to enter the property, that is why we ask you for all the required personal information previously.
We will send you everything you need to know for key collection a few days before your arrival, as well as instructions on how to drive to the house and other important information.

Please note that, due to the climatic characteristics of the island, ants, mosquitoes and other insects are likely to be present during the summer season. Although we try to prevent this, we recommend the use of insect repellents.
Ants are often attracted by food. It is recommended to dispose of rubbish frequently and keep areas clean and free of unprotected food debris (breadcrumbs, croissant, fruit, etc.).
You can usually find bins on the main roads. We recommend that when you go out to the beach, supermarket or any other activity, you take your rubbish bags with you.
Not all houses have air conditioning in every room. In addition, some houses have schedules for its use or sensors on the doors and windows.
Please use it rationally and turn it off when you are not in the accommodation or in the area where the air conditioning is located.
Although we do not organise activities, we can suggest some of the following:
Massages: please contact the agency so that we can tell you the price and availability of the masseuse.
The accommodation will be delivered clean and provided with bed linen and bath towels.
The change of towels and bed linen varies depending on the property and/or the days of stay in the accommodation. In some properties you may find two sets of towels per person for the duration of your stay. For this reason we cannot guarantee that there will be a change of towels and/or bed linen during your stay.
No, during the stay we do not offer a free cleaning service. In case you would like to hire a thorough cleaning it would have an additional cost per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours. Please contact the agency to coordinate this additional service.

Please note that the colour of the water may vary depending on the type of pool and some may be salt water pools.
The pool is cleaned once a week.
Please, if you have neighbours or if you are in a property with a shared pool, you must respect the rest hours (we suggest not to swim after 00:00) and the community rules.
Please note that, as long as Spain does not close its borders, no special conditions apply to your booking.

The check-in and check-out times are indicated in the instructions we have sent you. However, the check-out time is always the same, 10:00, while the check-in time may vary depending on the accommodation.
Please note that in high season late check-out and early arrival are not possible. We will send you a message via Whatsapp, to the phone number you have provided in the booking, in case your accommodation is clean and disinfected before the scheduled check-in time.

In all our properties you will find an iron and a hairdryer. If you want more information about what is included in your accommodation you can go to our website and check it out.
Regarding the coffee machine, all our houses have one, however, we cannot inform you in advance what type of machine it is (Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, filter).

If you have informed us that you are coming with a baby up to 2 years old, we include a cot and highchair at no extra cost.
Please note that if you are coming with more than one baby, you will need to contact the agency for more information about additional cots and high chairs.
