Precioso apartamento muy bien situado en Puerto de Pollensa. Perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de sus vacaciones.
Edificio construído en el año 2007, situado a escasos 50 metros de la playa, ubicado en una zona muy tranquila. A 5 minutos caminando del centro y del club naútico. Para los que no quieren alquilar un coche, esta vivienda es la perfecta elección.
El apartamento tiene una piscina comunitaria y otra piscina exclusivamente para niños. La terraza está amueblada con el fin de que los huéspedes puedan disfrutar de una deliciosa cena o un momento de absoluto relax mientras disfrutan de las vistas a la piscina y los alrededores.

Este apartamento tipo Dúplex de dos plantas, tiene unos 110 m2. y puede alojar hasta 6 personas. Una de las habitaciones es una habitación doble con cuarto de baño, y también hay una habitación doble con dos camas individuales. La tercera habitación nos ofrece otra cama doble. El segundo baño está equipado con una ducha.
El comedor cuenta con un televisor de plasma y acceso a la terraza en frente de la piscina. Cocina totalmente equipada.
Dispone de aire acondicionado, WIFI y calefacción.

I would have liked a decent shower in the en-suite rather than a hand held, as this meant we used the family bathroom to shower. It would have been nice to have had hand wash in all the bathroom on arrival and also some washing liquid for dishes, altver más

Darüber hinaus lecke sie. 2. der Duschschlauch im EG war defekt 3. es wäre wünschenswert, wenn auch für den Duschschlauch im Bad des Hauptschlafzimmers eine obere Halterung vorhanden wäre. 4. der Kleiderschrank im Hauptschlafzimmer hat deutlich zu wenig Einlegeböden. Im rechten Teil ist nur ein Boden vorhanden mit unendlich viel Raum darüber. 5. der Geschirrspüler scheint nicht mehr richtig zu arbeiten, dass Geschirr wurde nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Eventuell sollte es auch möglich sein, einen entsprechenden Vorrat an Reinigungstabs sowie Klarspüler und Salz zur Verfügung zu stellen. 6. das Küchenfenster ließ sich nicht schließen 7. wir wurden auf die Mülltrennung hingewiesen, was wir sehr gut fanden. Allerdings sollte man dazu auch die entsprechenden Sammelbehälter zur Verfügung stellen um es problemlos umzusetzen |

The location of this apartment is excellent. It is second row, close to an excellent stretch of beach which as a lovely little pool bar/restaurant. A few minutes walk to the centre of Puerto Pollenca makes this a great apartment for a stay here. ver más

Apart from attention being required to the bathroom/shower rooms and some of the internal furnishings, this is a really nice apartment

Great Gem in Puerto Pollenca

This is such a great place. Location in a block from the beach and there is also a good sized shared swimming pool on site. We spend breakfasts on the terrace in morning sunshine. You also have lots of good restaurants just around the corner. Therever más
This is such a great place. Location in a block from the beach and there is also a good sized shared swimming pool on site. We spend breakfasts on the terrace in morning sunshine. You also have lots of good restaurants just around the corner. There are 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The aircon works well but is not often needed as the place is kept cool as is. It is a great place for a convenient and relaxing holiday in Puerto Pollenca for a family like us or couples.

I think these flats would benefit from a tiny "facelift" - for example there was only 3 mugs (we bought 2 more so now 5) and there are no mirrors apart from in the bathrooms (one mirror by the door would be great). The chair covers were too small forver más

The chair covers were too small for the chairs so didn't stay on all the time (and that is more for the owner so the chairs don't get dirty).
HOWEVER - these are details as the duplex flat is GREAT and we will be back again. |

We are a family of 5 ranging in age from 79 to 13, staying at the property over May half term. We had a great time at the apartment, which was very clean, tidy and well equipped. Having three separate bathrooms was excellent, one of which is downstairs along with one of the four bedrooms, this suited our party perfectly. The pool and garden were also very well maintained and for most of our trip we had the pool to ourselves. The beach is literally one minutes walk away which was great for a change of scenery. There is a mini supermarket within 3 minutes walk which has a huge range of products, not the cheapest but convenient. The walk into the center of the town takes approximately 15 minutes, with plenty of restaurants and shops along the route. The resort of Port de Pollenca is beautiful and very family friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would without a doubt, stay here again. Thank you Bellmon
