Es un casa de pueblo tradicional con piscina en el corazón del casco antiguo de Pollensa, al Norte de Mallorca a poca distancia de los bares, cafeterías y restaurantes y de las famosas escaleras del Calvario. La casa consta de 3 dormitorios dobles y 2 baños completos con bañera/ducha. Suelos con baldosas tradicionales de terracota y techos con vigas de madera. Tiene un hermoso arco de piedra en el salón y la pared interior es de piedra. Está decorado con muebles antiguos en harmonia con el estilo tradicional de la casa. Cuenta con una bonita terraza, 2 comedores exteriores y una piscina de 6 x 3,50 m. donde tomar el sol. Hay una zona de barbacoa en la terraza. La cocina está equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, lavadora, etc. Se suministran toallas y sabanas. La llegada será siempre después de las 14.00 horas y la salida a las 10.00 horas. Está a poca distancia de las hermosas playas de Cala San Vicente y Puerto de Pollensa. Tiene una ubicación céntrica fantástica para aquellos que desean pasar sus vacaciones descubriendo el casco antiguo de Pollensa, museos, restaurantes locales y ver el mundo pasar en los cafés que rodean la plaza mayor frente la iglesia.
La casa dispone de conexión wifi.
A partir de 2018 todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado.

We love this quirkiness of this house as well as the space, equipment, aircon in the bedrooms and the pool deck / bbq area. The location is also fabulous. This is the 5th visit to Jesus and we’ve also requested 2 weeks next June also!!

The location and facilities in this property are second to none. It's great for visiting the beautiful old town of Pollensa and then escaping the heat by relaxing by the pool in peace and quiet.

We didn't know how beautiful this house would be when we booked it. It is truly truly amazing. The pool was an absolute blessing as we spent most of the time there and the location could not have been more perfect. We only booked to stay a week buver más

Excellent stay with everything we could wish for. The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Sadly a bit cold for utilising the swimming pool but a great facility to have in the summer to cool off. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The house is beautiful and bigger than expected with amazing outside spaces. Lovely to have a pool in the centre of town and just 2 mins to the shops bars and restaurants. Even the Sunday Market is almost on the doorstep ! In spite of the central posver más

It was very hot while we were there and there is no air con. The bedrooms were hot in spite of having fans and the top floor was very hot as there is no insulation in the roof. Some air con is the only thing we would like to improve it.
