Possessió Muntanya is an exceptional estate situated in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, in the municipality of Escorca. Surrounded by more than 300 hectares of nature, ancient olive groves, forests and stone terraces, it offers absolute privacy and impressive views over the mountains and the Mediterranean.

This historic 18th-century possessió has been carefully restored, preserving original elements such as stone walls and wooden beams, and combining them with contemporary design, natural materials and local craftsmanship.

The house has two floors and features 7 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the main communal areas of the house: spacious lounge and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy reading corner with a wood-burning stove and one of the double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.

The first floor has six other double bedrooms, all carefully decorated and with en-suite bathrooms. Some rooms offer views of the mountains and valley, and one of them has a connecting double bedroom, ideal for families.

Outside, the property has various terraces and gardens, including outdoor dining areas and a spectacular terrace with mountain views. The estate's old safreig has been carefully restored and converted into a stone swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the surroundings. Next to it, the outdoor areas and barbecue invite you to enjoy long outdoor meals, always surrounded by the spectacular landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana and open views towards the Mediterranean.
