La Sort 140 is a lovely 2 bedroomed villa ideally located within walking distance of Pollensa old town. The villa is ideal as a base for those wanting to explore the beaches, mountain ranges and traditional villages of Mallorca.
The property has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both air conditioned and with good wardrobe space. The bedrooms are light and airy with modern furnishings. There is a shared shower room.
The main living area is open plan with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, DVD, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Outside there is ample parking, gardens and a covered terrace with barbecue. The terrace looks out over the decked pool area with sun loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun’s rays.

The villa was as described. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Bed was comfortable, shower was good Everything worked Location is excellent at the foot of the old town so you don’t really need a car although we always drive
