Villa Cifre is really close to Alcudia. From the property you can enjoy incredible views of the mountains and the sea. It is located in a quiet and isolated area, which is once, well connected by the proximity to the town of Alcudia.
It is able to accommodate 8 guests and 2 babies, in 4 double rooms with 3 full bathrooms.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, and another bathroom.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside you will find a covered barbecue area, with a table to enjoy the food and relax, with direct access to the chlorine swimming pool with outdoor shower with hot water and jacuzzi.
It has a ping pong table.
It has parking space for 3 cars.

Pool dimensions: 8 x 4. Maximum depth: 2.10 metres. Minimum depth: 1.10 metres.
Air conditioning in the dining room by 2024 and in the bedrooms.
Booking fee: 80,00€ to pay on arrival
A baby cot and high chair are included in the price.
All extras are to be paid on arrival.
Change of linen and towels once per week only for stays of 14 nightsmore.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Alcúdia beach is only a 10-15 minute drive away, where you will find all necessary services, restaurants, supermarket, shops...

The house is wonderful and very well located in a quiet area but very close to Alcudia old town.
Swimming pool and Jacuzzi are amazing. House is well equiped.
Tony gave us a lot of good advice about the best places in the island.
We will for sure recsee more

In der Preislage erwarte ich etwas anderes (kein großes Investment) Relax Sessel fehlen komplett. Die Poolrandbeleuchtung war zu 2 Drittel defekt. Eine Abdunklungsmöglichkeit (z.B. blickdichter Vorhang) der Schlafräume fehlt komplett.
