The house offers 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, distributed entirely on a single floor, which provides comfort and easy access to all rooms. It has two bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with two single beds, with capacity for up to 6 people. All rooms have air conditioning to ensure comfortable rest during the warmer months.
The master bedroom features an elegant en-suite bathroom with shower. The house has a second family bathroom with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, very bright living-dining room, equipped with a pellet stove, ideal for enjoying the house also during the cooler months.
Outside you will find different spaces to relax and enjoy Mallorca's climate: several terraces, landscaped areas, outdoor dining area, barbecue area and a magnificent private salt-water swimming pool, which allows you to enjoy a pleasant swim without using traditional chlorine.
For greater peace of mind during your stay, the property has a security alarm system.
